Jon McCloskey

Jon is a Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at Parkwood, a Cleveland-based private trust company. He is responsible for leading the investment activities of Parkwood, overseeing a team of analysts who are responsible for sourcing, monitoring, and evaluating the firm’s external managers and internally managed strategies. Before joining Parkwood, Jon spent eight years at Avalon Capital Group, a west coast family office, where he directed all investment activities. He has also worked in investment banking roles at First Albany Corporation and Merrill Lynch in New York. Jon earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from Pennsylvania State University and his MBA in Finance from Yale University.
