Jeff Kadlic

Jeff is President and Chief Operating Officer at Wellspring, providing strategic and operational direction, with a particular focus on expanding the firm’s suite of services for its ultra-high-net-worth clients and driving operational efficiencies. He brings over 25 years of professional experience across disciplines, including strategic leadership, operational management, client relations, alternative investments, financial management, and stakeholder engagement.

Prior to Wellspring, Jeff founded Evolution Capital Partners, a nationally recognized private equity firm dedicated to driving small business transformational success with solutions that scale.

Jeff earned his Masters of Management Studies from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University. He was also a previously a Kolbe Certified Consultant and a Professional EOS Implementer,

Jeff is deeply engaged with his alma mater, Miami University, serving as Chairman of the Advisory Board for its Institute for Entrepreneurship and, with his wife Sarah, on the University’s Parent Council. He is also a member of Bluecoats and Past President of the Board for Nature Center at Shaker Lakes.
