Johnny Sirpilla

Johnny is the Chief Experience Officer at Wellspring. In this role, he is responsible for shaping and enhancing the overall experience of the firm’s clients, helping to ensure every touchpoint exceeds expectations while spearheading the firm’s “Be Well” service line. Additionally, Sirpilla is tasked with providing business development support through strategic planning and relationship building as well as leading programs to promote employee growth and engagement.

Johnny is dedicated to providing families with comprehensive support for a wide range of needs, connecting them with qualified providers nationwide. From concierge medicine and peak performance training to mindfulness, conflict resolution, addiction recovery, and relationship counseling, he helps ensure families have access to expert care in many aspects of their lives.

Outside of his work with Wellspring, Johnny is an entrepreneur, author, and speaker and founder of Encourage, LLC. He is also the retired President and Chief Business Development Officer of Camping World and Good Sam.

Johnny holds a Masters in Organizational Behavioral Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Miami University (Ohio). He also earned certifications in Executive Presence and Influence & Persuasive Leadership Development as well as Neuroscience of the Brain in Business from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School.

He has been an active community leader serving as Chairman of the Board for the United Way of Greater Stark County, Chairman of the Board for Stark County Catholic Schools, Executive Committee Member & Board Member of the Aultman Health Foundation, Executive Committee Member and Board Member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame and board member of The Pregnancy Support Center.
